We get a lot of questions about personal training, hybrid coaching, and our online programs. Here’s everything you need to know to get started and succeed.

  • No. All levels are welcome your program adjusts to your abilities, and access to equipment.

  • What is included in each plan, depends on the plan. Most Personal training plans include:

    • Custom Workout Program

    • Custom Nutrition Plan

    • Access to the Firebird Fitness app

    • Access to the Exercise Routine Library

    • Regular check-in’s with your trainer

  • Virtual training works very similarly to in-person training. You still get a custom workout program, a nutrition plan, and the support of a certified trainer. The only difference is that you complete the workouts on your own. Your coach will review your form through video, check in regularly to keep you accountable, and make any adjustments you need along the way.

  • Hybrid training combines in-person coaching with online program support. You’ll begin with in-person sessions to learn proper form, understand your customized plan, and make any needed adjustments.

    After that, you’ll complete your workouts independently while I check in regularly to keep you accountable, monitor progress, and provide support whenever you need it.

  • Online coaching includes weekly adjustments, check-ins, accountability, and ongoing communication.
    A custom program is a one-time, fully personalized plan for you to follow on your own for 6 weeks.

  • Yes. All personal training packages whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid include a custom nutrition plan if you want one. You can also choose a nutrition-only plan. Everything is tailored to your goals, preferences, and any special considerations.

  • During your first few sessions, your trainer will focus on getting to know you; your habits, goals, and how you move. They’ll assess your technique, explain how your program works, and guide you through your first customized workout.

  • Most sessions are 45–60 minutes depending on the program.

  • We custom tailor your workouts to what equipment you already have. We even have workouts that just use body weight, and a few common house hold items.

  • We can work around most limitations, just share them ahead of time so your sessions can be tailored safely. We also have trainers certified in corrective exercise, with real experience helping clients navigate injuries and physical challenges.

  • All sessions are scheduled through your trainer, and we do our best to work around your schedule.

    Payments are to be made at or prior to the start of the first session. They can be made in person, or online via Stripe, Venmo, or Paypal.

  • Yes, depending on the plan we make sure all our clients have the option to pause/post-pone sessions or cancel. Just provide notice and we’ll adjust your plan or billing as needed.
